msa rejection letter

I have been waiting for 6 months for a rejection letter from msa consulting.the bad thing is their consultants are rude and have bad manners over the phone when you call them.i want to warn people not to be fooled by msa..I have been waiting for mere rejection letter and all they always tell me is that they have send it to the cancellation department..msa has ruined my life ,I can't do anything now am even thinking of going the legal way
