MSA POOR POOR SERVICE
<p>I was placed under debt review by MSA without my consent. A consultant called Sizeka phoned me presenting their service and **** that they working for government. I did not aggre to anything but I gave her my time and listened to her and told her that Iam not interested but they went ahead with the process. When I called and asked them to cancel it they said it will take 10 days but Iam still under debt review.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist.</p>

We are in possession of a voice recording where you clearly consented to be placed under debt review. You didn't object to anything that was said on the recorded confirmations call. You were advised that we will proceed with the online debt review application immediately after the call and you said "YES" we may. You were also advised that the documents will be sent to you four days after the call which we did. However, we'll request the cancellations department to call you and advise as to whether they need anything else from you to process the cancellation.

Thank you for the response buy I'm definitely there was a misunderstanding because I'm married in community of property and my wife was called and she never gave consent to anything . Why did you proceed with the application whereas she not give consent? Another thing is that your cancellation department has still not called me. This shows that you guys are not willing to cancel this thing after I have told you that I don't want it. Why are you guys ruining my life like this?
