MSA ill service

I have been a client of MSA for a few months – but feels like an unhappy period. I am currently in a position whereby I have been requested to provide a statement for work opportunities. It has not only been an agonising journey but a frustrating one. MSA consultants have proven to be of no use. I have spent over R200 telephonically being advised that they would contact me back with the statement. MSA has proven to be unprofessional and ***********. Instead of offering me the full support as a client – it has been awful. All I have requested is the statement from when I started being a client. This frustration started in January- it has been exactly a month without their assistance.this decision was taken for some financial relief ... the fustration is stemming from MSA being unhelpful. i am on the vedge of considering cancelling my membership with them but now feel like they are my life line.. is this really how debt counselling should be? tied to a pole and no one to provide suppport thereafter. I have engaged with their managers as well in hopes of escalating this issue and receiving urgent attention. I am very fustrated as it seems that i am not keen to take on the job opportunity that has arisen in my work space because on the daily i am on the phone asking for the same thing - which was initially promised to me end of Jan - A week later in a new month i am still being told the same thing.
