MSA CONSULTIONS
<p>Good day </p> <p>Ive been under debt review with MSA CONSULTIONS and was having an account with BRADLOWS but according to Consumer Friend my account with BRADLOWS is paid up but no effort are made by above mentioned consultants to reduce my monthly payment nor do they respond to my emails or either respond on my messages or phone calls </p> <p>Please help </p> <p>Thank you </p>

Kindly advise as to which e-mail address do you send e-mails to in order for me to investigate.
Also be advised that we don't reduce your monthly payment when an account is paid up because we take the amount of that paid up account and add it to your remaining accounts. In doing so, we are trying to assist you to pay off the other accounts much quicker and get you out of debt review a. s. a. p. However, if you request for the installment to be reduced, we can do that.
