MSA Consultants won't clear my name and refund me
I settled my loan with Capitec bank and notified MSA Consultants about it. I even submitted a letter from a bank as proof of payment. At the end of November month, MSA Consultants still debited my account regardless. A consultant i called promised that they will reverse the money and clear my name. None of that has happened till this day.

You have completed your debt review obligations and paid up your Capitec account in November 2017. Our last distribution was on the 06th November 2017. We erroneously debited your bank account again in December 2017 but we immediately advised you to dispute the debit order, of which yo did. We cancelled the debit orders after that. We do not owe you a refund.
