MSA Consultants money debited

<p>Good day </p> <p> </p> <p>My name ia Tshepo.</p> <p>Ive agreed to join this MSA debt counsellor so they can speak to African Bank to reduce my monthly instalment from my loans,yess they did that but the only problem is tjat we never agreered on them debiting R1164.00 for the past three months which was never our agrement,to me its like more to what i was paying African Bank before ,i cant even trace them as the deal was done over the phone and they keep on deducting as MSAconsultant for two months and this month same amount but as NPconsumer ,this is done without my approval .</p> <p>I tried to cal but all i get is wrong company number from people i call.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly regards </p> <p>Tshepo</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
