MSA Consultants lie , cheat & *****

I was contacted by MSA Consultants regarding consolidating debt - this did not happen, they had misled me with their words, saying they assist but they had debited my bank account of R3500 without my permission, and have sent through debt review application - WHICH I HAVE NOT APP**** FOR!! I have been trying to sort this out with them for the last 4months, and get a full refund and still nothing has happened, and I have a negative on my credit report. No-one seems to work there and they are just *****ing from people. Worst company with the worst customer service ever!!! I have a lawyer and I am going to the oombudsman
