MSA Consultants is taking people's money

Every month I pay this company a full once of amount so that they can pay all my loans, gues what I always get called by financial providers that I did not pay the full amount which makes me wonder what do they do with the rest of my money. every month they change the amounts they suppose to pay. worst one they made this month is that my MFC loan is in areas with R7001.47 meaning two payments were not processed to the bank, I'm so frustrated and worst part is that they cant even do a teleconference between them , bank and I to resolve the issue.
