MSA Consultants DOES NOT HELP PEOPLE !!!!!

In Feb 2017 I submitted my request to be removed from the Debt Review Program. I dealt with a lady name Nuraan Scott. She told me that some forms had to be submitted to the courts and then they didn't have an attorney, but was appointed that was only starting in March 2017. It's 11th of July 2018 today and I have not heard a word from them. I received the letter that they had cancelled me on the Debt Review Program, but my name is still listed on the Credit Bureau. ???? I have tried calling them, but they never answer the phones. I have sent numerous emails but nobody ever gets back to you. I would like to see if they will get back to me on here. When I joined this program. they never told me what difficulty there would be trying to get rid of them. They told me that I can just call them and they will cancel it. Well guess what it's been years. This **** is now holding me back. I would like them to go and listen to the call when THEY CALLED ME TO JOIN THEM and listen to what I was promised. If I don't get my name cleared by the end of this month I will definitely be going to the Ombudsman, and want a copy of my recording when they decided to sell this stupid thing to me.
