MSA consultants bad service and *****

Good day

My name has a debt review status attached to it, I would like to dispute this status as I never agreed to go under debt review.

In 2016 MSA put me under debt review with out my consent I asked you to cancel and you said I should pay a cancellation fee of R300 as the matter had not gone to court yet which I then paid in November 2016,I was told the cancellation will be finalized in January 2017 and only then will the debt review status be removed on my name but you have not removed it to date.

I have been calling you for the past 2 years asking you to remove the debt review status under my name but every time I call I'm told to call back again in a week time or you will call me but no one calls me back and according to the banks I am still under debt review meaning you haven't processed the cancellation. 2 weeks ago I asked you to send me a recording that you say I verbally agreed to go under debt review as I never signed any documents with you but you have been sending me form pillar to post just for a recording. And again yesterday I called and requested for the Debt review order,form 17.1 and form 17.2 but no one has emailed them to me.

Can you please remove the debt review status under my name my ID number is ***,my cellphone number is ***.
