MSA consultants are **********

MSA is a **********ly run insituition. firstly, they advised me wrongly and was put into debt counselling . however, I paid all my debts and sent them paid up letters . now they can not issue me with a clearance certificate as they are still waiting for their lawyer to sign and officialise the certificaote. to add salt on injury, they can not commit to a date and time as to when the said lawyer will be coming to sign the certificates. honestly this is unfair on citisens who have struggled to pay off their debts and now want to bounce back and their lives are placed on hold by this doggy company. I had to contact the regulator NCR who advised that it should take only 7 days to issue the certificate and do the removal of the listing. very upset and disssapointed. ********** 3 25
