MSA consultants

I have send through all of my paid up letters but yet have not received any reply on multiple emails requesting my clearance letter. I have not been with the company since November 2015 and yet you still have me registered on your system as under debt review. I can not purchase my house or car because of this and need that clearance letter asap!!
