MSA CONSULTANT VERY BAD SERVICE - PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!!!
I am so frustrated with MSA at the moment, I have been sending emails and emails and emails regarding fees that they are charging me which I have not agreed to, and they do not reply...… I am paying them my monthly fee which I have agreed on, and some of my creditors has been paid up to date, but I have to ask them what is happening with the extra money which they keep now, to arrange to pay my creditors more to make up this money,,,why do I have to ask to be done, they are the debt consultants and they are giving such BAD SERVICE, I am due to pay them the normal monthly fees again in a weeks time, and they still have not rep**** to me why they are taking money from me which I have not agreed. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY< SO PLEASE BE AWARE and DO NOT GET STUCK LIKE ME> THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CLIENTS AND VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE ALROUND!!!!!
The only fees that are payable on a monthly basis are the PDA and aftercare fees. The payment distribution agency (PDA) charges a monthly fee for the collection and distribution of funds to creditors on a monthly. MSA Consultants charges a monthly aftercare fee for administration purposes. These funds are separate from the once-off DC and legal fees,respectively, which were charged at the beginning of the debt review process.
We are also advised that you are in liaison with a consultant at MSA offices in regard to this matter.
