MSA CONSULTANT POOR SERVICE

Hi I have lodged a complaint that I had cancelled MSA consultants’ services and paid the cancellation fee last year already but my name is still blocked. I’ve called them about the matter and they told that I must wait for their attorneys to call me. I need my name to be cleared is that too much to ask and I have paid them!!!!
