MSA Consultant Cancellation Fee too high

I have been with MSA for a while now, I recently attempted to cancel after they were not paying my creditors over 4 months. And now they tell me I have to cancel with paying R3000 and send proof of payment before they can I can be removed from debt review. Im not sure where to go for help because I know this is a rip-off
