MSA CONSULT ..BAD SERVICE

Goodday my husband is struggling with Msa consult since end of january.these people don't pay ur debt they just take your money..what they doing with your money only msa consult knows.if been dealing with a lady called sandisa I've sent her the paid up letters since beginning of February I sent sms so that she can confirm she recieved it but nothing.this morning I called her again she told me she will check on my email .then she sent email back that I must resent all the three paid up letters again.this service sucks big time.and whenever you call msa consult you must hold on for more then ten minutes which is unxecepatble...My husband paid off his one account ..now his name must be cleared now msa comes with a story. People out there please refrain from MSA CONSULT.THIS COMPANY IS BAD GO CHECK ON THE COMMENTS OF OTHER PEOPLE THAT IS ALSO STRUGGLING TO GET THEY CLEARANCE PAPERS FROM THIS MSA.. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS BIG TIME...IM GOING TO HAND THIS OVER TO A LAWYER..HOW COME MUST STRUGGLE THREE MONTHS WITH MSA CONSULT TO GET MY CLEARANCE PAPERS...
