MSA - BE AWARE!!!!! People will just be misled!

Contacted all my (debtors) which they have put on the attached form - not one was contacted by MSA -all my debit orders were stopped - 2weeks ago.<br> NO ONE of my accounts holders has been sent a proposal as what and how payments are going to take place.<br> Sent Nuraan (see attached and below, emails for somebody to phone me back - was read NOBODY has contacted me<br> Sent 4 sms to 45529 since 28 August 2015 a consultant phone me back - NOBODY RESPONDED<br> Sent 4 messages to *** since 28 August 2015 - NOBODY RESPONDED<br> Sent 4 messages to *** since 28 August 2015 - NOBODY RESPONDED<br> have phoned these 2 numbers *** *** since 28 August 2015<br> Keep on saying to hold on for the next available consultants 10 minutes no luck then get cut off.<br> HOW DO WE GET HOLD OF THESE PEOPLE - BAD SERVICE<br> They say they help people NO UPDATES OR ARRANGEMENTS AT ALL??<br> My bank account also closed and all my money for the rest of the month for my living expenses was taken because of the overdraft I had? <br> WE JUST GET MISLED <br> Accounts will now not be paid -NO ARRANGEMENTS via MSA - I wll be put on the credit bereau and be reliable for all moneys not paid? I also sent an email to NCR!
