She never explained that it is a debt review offer she just said their company assist people with their instalments.<br> <br> The following day I called in to cancel, I spoke to Vee Moyo who told me it is not necessary to send a cancellation letter as my details do not show on their systems, she promised that Bongiwe will call me back, which never happened. when I called I was advised she is still busy with another customer she will call me and that never happen again. After calling for the third time and spoke to Vee Moyo she told me to send a cancellation letter to their cancelation department, and I will get feedback within 5 days.<br> <br> I will not be liable to any cancelation fee or if there are any debit orders I get from your company I will reverse them and should I not get a cancelation confirmation within 5 working days I will take this matter to hello peter. <br> <br> Regards <br> <br> Bulelwa Dubule<br> Work Control Agent
