Lies and bad service

This company called me and I was interested to see what debt review was once I spoke to the second consultant I told them I'm not interest and she said just wait untill the documents then you can cancel. I waited and once I received the documents and read through it itI send the email the same day to cancel the application. <br> After numerous follow ups with no response from this company I called them and was told I needed to pay for the cancellation. I specific asked the second consultant I dealt with if there will be a fee and she said. I have request for my call to be pulled and listen to buy still no feedback from this company. This company has also listed me as being under debt review so I am unable to access my accounts. This company has shown me really bad service.
