Lack of transparency and customer care

I am disgusted and flabbergasted by the horrible services provided to by MSA.

To day is the 8th of November but my creditors are not paid yet the monthly payment to MSA was deducted from my account on the 28th of October. This comes after finding out my other creditor has not been paid since I was signed on for debt review hence I am now paying the account independently. The same had happened when another creditor sent me an email and copied MSA that they have not kept the conditions of the contract by not paying any amount to them. I settled the amount by my self.

They are good in deducting money and not paying creditors or responding properly to your queries.
