lack of cancellation
i was contacted by msa consultant last year December 2017 about me being under debt review.later when i read about the bad reviews on the website i immediately called msa consultants to cancel my application on the very same day i was called by them. even now they refusing to cancel my application but they telling me that i still do not appear on they system.but they still refusing to cancel my application

Indeed, no notification was sent to your creditors to advise them that you have app**** for debt review. However, you were already flagged on the NCR Debthelp System(DHS) as someone who ha app**** for debt review. We have sent a request to the cancellations department to update the NCR DHS so that the debt review flag is removed against your name. The cancellations department will contact you as soon as this is done and this should be in the next 5 to 10 business days.
