Kept in debt

Hi I'm shahieda I've been with msa about 2years now , they've been paying off my debt at capitec. I phone capitec jst to find I'm done paying capitec but msa is still deducting the installment of R1525 for 4 months now .they real ********** nd now I cnt even clear my name.i need help please
