Dear Lumkiso
Your review about MSA Consultants comes as a SHOCK to us because you are still an ACTIVE client of ours who is making regular payments towards your debt review obligations.
We also searched for any cancellation request that you claimed you've sent but couldn't find any. Please read the withdrawal process below:
Kindly be advised that in accordance with the NCR withdrawal guidelines of 2015, the following is applicable:
1. Consumers can only withdraw or terminate the debt review process prior to declaration of over-indebtedness as per section 86(7) of the Act and issuance of Form 17.2 subject to payment of debt counselling fees as per NCR Debt Counselling Fee Guidelines.
2. If a determination is made and no court order is in place, the consumer will remain under debt review unless a consumer is no longer over indebted and an order or court is obtained to this effect.
3. A debt Counsellor will notify the credit providers of the withdrawal by means of Form 17.W andupdate DHS with status G.
However, we will forward your request to attorneys, upon receiving a formal withdrawal request from you, who will call you shortly should you not have your own.
