Incorrectly listed under debt review

I am incorrectly listed under debt review by your company. I requested for the withdrawal letter as well as letter showing how I got listed without my approval. The withdrawal letter was granted to me as well as to credit bureaus. Except that I've been begging the company to sent Form 19 (clearance letter) as without it i am still listed as a person under debt review. I have been calling and writing mails for weeks without a solution. When i call they always promise to return calls as they dont have my details on their system but that been doing on for weeks hence my please for MSAC Management to assist me.

The query was assigned to Nothemba Makanda, who seem to be running around when I ask for Form 19. I have tried everything but still no luck. I have called many times every person I talk to promise to return to me but they dont as well as when i ask to speak to their manager, they always respond to say the Manager is either not around or on lunch.
