Incompetence and inconsitent feedback by MSA
Good day
My name is Melikhaya,i have been struggling to cancel my debt review status on my credit record,I have been calling Msa from November last year,regarding this and have promised to cancel till date they have not cancelled. I have received a W17 from them but my name is still under debt review, I have been making numerous telephone calls to them and every time they are waiting for attorneys to review or something that doesn't make sense. Please assist I am currently unemployed and I cannot get a job because of this.They are really ****ing up my life.

Kindly be advised that we have requested the attorneys to call you and give feedback as to how far they are with your withdrawal request. However, to withdraw from debt review after you have been found to be over-indebted and your creditors already been advised thereof, has to follow a legal process which means that an attorney, on your behalf, will have to make submissions at a relevant court as that you are no longer over indebted. This might become a lengthy process if not all documents are signed, commissioned and sent back to the attorney to proceed with the withdrawal application.
