Good morning to whom this concerns
This is a very important concern for me I just need to know who authorized the debt review on my accounts???? I did research on this about 2 years ago if you look on my account there is nothing that has been consolidated! I never signed a document or anything
where is your proof of considerations of my accounts?
Please call me and rectify this as soon as possible

Our systems show that your application was withdrawn on the 31st July 2014 and a 17.4 withdrawal form has been sent to Standard bank which was the only creditor you listed at the time. The NCR debthelp system was also updated to reflect the same.
We will request the queries department to forward you the 17.4 withdrawal form as proof of withdrawal from debt review.
