I need them to remove my name under debt review flag as I am paying my debts myself and they demanded to pay 3000 for cancellation of which I did but up until today they blnever remove my name

The MSAconsultants have put me under debt review after unfairly when I made them aware of this, they told about the forms that have already been submitted therefore need to R3000.00 to remove my name. Later asked me for my ID number.

I have called them, emailed and even used a whatsapp and nobody is responding. Can someone tell me what to do or someone from msa respond.
