I DEMAND A CANCELLATION LETTER

The worst service i have ever received in my live, from MSAC, i can't really say i've received any service as 10 days later i still cannot get hold of anyone from that company, i call them daily for hours and the phone is never answered nor have i received any response by email.

Is this company legit.
