Horrible services

I was contacted a by a consultant from Msa Consultants about 2 years ago and he painted this beautiful picture of reducing your debt in half. At that time I was not under any financial contraint but thought there is nothing wrong with having a few extra pennies in one's pocket. I then joined them and time went by and money was debited from account and yet I was receiving documents from debtors requesting payment. I than contacted MSA to make them aware of what was happening and I was informed that I shouldn't worry and that they would consult my account holders. As time went by I realised that I was not receiving any statements from them via post or e-mail. I then contacted my debitors to find out if payments had been made. They have received payment but it was half my normal instalment and sometimes a month of 2 was skipped. In September last year I contacted MSA to cancel with them and that I will pay my own accounts directly. I asked them will there be a cancellation fee charged and they said no as it was already included in my instalments. I then asked what was the turn around time and I was told it takes 60 to 90 days to receive my court order and to clear my name. It is now 8 months later and I have not received any joy. I've sent them numerous e-mails and have been ignored on many of them. When they do reply they tell me about the 60-90 days waiting period which still don't understand that is way longer than that period. I sent them a e-mail last week telling them that I will be going to Social media as well as Hellopeter to report them . The arrogance of this company is so bad that no one bothered to reply to that mail to date.

Dear George-Angelo

Kindly supply me with the e-mail address that you sent your request to and requested for feedback from, in order for us to investigate your complaint. I'll make sure that somebody calls you from the cancellations department to give you feedback about your cancellation request.

We also notice that you were making regular payments since October 2015 until August 2016 but only for one month which you missed. The amount which we were distributing to your creditors are the reduced/restructured amounts which we negotiated for and on your behalf and that is what debt review is all about.

We highly recommend that you call us on *** or e-mail: *** for further assistance.

Kind Regards

MSA CONSULTANTS.
