horrible ********** company
i hav been listed on debt review with MSA consultants . after discovering that payments was not **** to my creditors I decided to make payments myself , I sent a complaint to the ombudsman to assist but due to the fact that it took too long I settled the account in question myself.
2 months ago I sent an email to cancel my debt review I was advised the same was already sent to my service providers and they would send me the termination letter , its been 2 months and a agend called me to notify me that the letter still wasn't finalized
up till now no one from this ********** company has called me , 1. they charge service fees everymonth, but tell you that a once of fee is charged in the begininig 2. they do not followup with your service providers leaving you worse of than when you started the process 3. getting hold of this people is mission impossible
if I do not get a response in 48 hours I will be forced to go back to the ombudsman again

The reason your creditors did not get payments was because you started to dispute the successful debit order which were meant to be distributed to your creditors from May 2017. which means your creditors last received payments in April 2017.
Your cancellation request was forwaded to attorneys who's assisting you with the withdrawal. We have also requested them to contact you urgently so that they can give you feedback as to how far they are with your withdrawal request.

I WAS PLACED UNDER DEBT REVIEW IN 2015 , AFTER DISCOVERING THAT MSA CONSULTANTS USED HALF OD MY INSTALLMENTS MONTHLY FOR ADMIN FEES WHEN THEY ADVISED THEY WILL ONLY TAKE A ADMIN FEE IN THE FIRST MONTH,I CANCELLED MY DEBIT ORDER AND STARTED PAYING MY CREDITORS MYSELF ,WHEN CNTACTING THE COMPANY TO ASSIST ME TO CANCEL MY APPLICATION THE EMAIL AND CONTACT NUMBER WORKED AT FIRST BUT NOW IT DOES NOT WORK, I CANNOT GET HOLD OF THIS COMPANY OR THE DEBT COUNCELLOR , I COMPLAINED BEFORE THEY ADVISED ME THEY WILL CALL BACK, AND NOTHING HAPPEND , THIS IS A ********** COMPANY.
