HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 4 REVIEW , NO FEED BACK TO DATE
This is my fourth Review, none of the past three has been resolved, today is the 11th still haven't received the distribution statement for July. in the past reviews I asked you to resolve the difference between Foschini and the Credit bureau, also to check s to why so much balance between MFC , CREDIT BEREAU and yourselves, you did nothing , the other review was to ask you to send me the statement on monthly basis but you haven't why must I always ask you all the time, after asking you statement you sending in accurate balances, CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER, PLEASE DONT RESPOND FOR THE SAKE OF RESPONDING, THE LEAST YOU COULD DO IS JUST TO SHOW SOME LITTLE EMPATHY, YOUR ARE RUINING MY FUTURE BY JUST GETTING EVERYTHING WRONG.

When you went under debt review on 21st September 2015, you paid for DC fees in October 2015. You disputed the successful debit order for legal fees in November 2015, however, you managed to pay the legal fees in December 2015. During these months, all of your creditors were not receiving payments, unless you can prove that you've been paying your accounts as well. When payments started to be distributed to your creditors in January 2016, your accounts were already 3 months behind with payments. You must understand that when one is under debt review, the first 2 payments stays with the company for DC and Legal fees respectively. The installment amount of these two months are normally added at the end of the payment term. So, when you saw an increase on the outstanding balances of your accounts, it's because we requested for updated balances from them in order for us to update our systems. We have however, requested MFC to advise as to why their outstanding balance has increased by so much. We are still waiting for their response. As soon as we receive their response, we will convey it to you via e-mail.
Your July statement is ready and we've requested the accounts department to send you the statement.
