I raised my complain to MSA consultant, they got hold of me after 4th day, they explain to me what happen to one of my creditor to why they didn't receive my money. one of the agent explained to me that my creditor didn't get my power of attorney but the agent i spoke to said , they send it again to made sure Im on their system. I cant remember the agent name but im glad im happily glad that they sort out my matter.
