Frodulently Listed on ITC
The MSA consultants came to my husbands' workplace posing as NCR employees and told the staff to write their details on the register so they can check their credit status. A month later when we tried to apply for a house we were told that we are listed by MSA. We tried several times to get MSA to rectify this but without any progress. Instead out of desparation my husband called them again to ask what is it that he must do then he was told to pay R3000 of which was deducted from his account. But even after doing so MSA is still silent instead they are now ignoring his emails and when he calls they keep him on hold. The ladies that came to his workplace are Lerato Moloi and Vuyokazi. I have seen other people with the same reviews abour this company but nothings seems to be done about it. If there is any one who can help please do because now that my husband is listef then I am automatically listed too and now we cant even rent out a flat. Please help

Your allegations comes as a shock to us because WE DO NOT HAVE FIELD WORKERS who goes around and visits peoples workplaces or dwelling places. It is actually offensive to us as MSA to even suggest that we POSED or we POSE as NCR employees in order to list people under debt review. We don't know as to who visited your husbands workplace but it was definitely NOT us. We don't even have a branch where you are located. MSA CONSULTANTS are only based in Cape Town, Western Cape. We have a couple of employees named Vuyokazi but we don't have a Lerato Moloi.

However, we listened to the recorded voice mandate and we can make out that Mr. Makasi made an online application for debt review. He spoke to Vuyokazi telephonically and confirmed the application with Brandon telephonically to proceed with the debt review application. We still maintain that we DO NOT have field workers that go out to sign up people at their workplaces.
