********** and shocking service

<p>I got into a telephonic contract with MSA which i was told that nothing will be processed until i sign documnets- this was in November 2015- wen i received the document i contacted them and said i dont want to go ahead with this as i did no like their terms and conditions but i was told that the account was processed and will be charged cancellation fee of R2300. I gave a go ahead for the cancellation fee to be debited off my acc end November 2015 which was done but till to day i still have not recieved the court order from them. i have spent over 1000 rand worth of airtime calling them with no assistance send numeruos emails- its now almost 2years still have not received necesary paperwork and name is stuck on dept review. i would like Hello Peter to assist me with this as i need to sort out my accounts. all i need is the court order. very unhappy with this company.</p>
