I have been trying to get a hold of the consultants on the number provided to get an withdrawal letter (17.W) I have had no luck what so ever as no one answers the line, neither do they respond to my email and SMS request. They are quick on getting one on-board their Bullsh*t wagon but slow on actually getting back to someone who wants out of their hell services.

We cannot issue you with a 17.W letter until you send us Paid up letters for your two Capitec Bank accounts. Alternatively, you can approach a court to declare you no longer over-indebted and send us the issued court order so that we can attach a 17.W to it and send it to your creditors for them to update their systems and also update the Credit bureaus as well as the NCR debthelp system.
