***** and false information explaining
<p>Got a phone call from a lady named lucy and she falsely explained the reason for the call and as the call that followed the lady mentioned debt review which Lucy said, "No sir, its not a debt review and wont affect your credit record". Please be sure you did not sign me up anywhere as I declined when the follow-up lady called and I explained to her I can afford my debts but Lucy said its 'just' for reducing my instalments which is ********** to say because am not failing to pay my debts.</p>

Kindly be advised that the online application was NOT sent through to be processed. This means you are NOT under debt review with us.
As discussed telephonically on the 15/02/2017, you advised that you received the call from Lucy on the 13/02/2017 @ 19h00. Please be advised that we will be listening to the recording between yourself and Lucy as means to assist you in this regard. If we found that Lucy was dishonest to you about debt review, then we will take the necessary action befitting the transgression.
I must also advise that we as MSA CONSULTANTS don't condone misrepresentation of facts about debt review by our consultants or anyone who is employed by MSA CONSULTANTS.
We will contact you as soon as we have done and completed our investigation.
