Fed up with MSA Consultants, I demand a cancellation letter
It really frustrates me that people are busy debiting Money from my account yet they fail to pay my creditors on time as per the agreement. I am frustrated and fed up with this company because they do not even bother to respond to any of their communication platforms it be SMS, Calling or Emails...there is just no form of verbal or written communication between them and I as their client. I do not receive any Statements what so ever from them regarding how far I am with paying off my accounts just for an update. I demand a cancellation letter I will continue to pay off my accounts on my own. Hello Peter please help!!!

Kindly be advised that payments are being distributed to your creditors on a monthly basis by the Payment Distribution Agency(PDA). The PDA distributes funds after 5 bussiness days from the debit order date. The reason you were not receiving statements was because your e-mail address was not loaded on the PDA system, however, we have updated the system with your e-mail address now. We have requested the queries department to call you urgently in order to sort out the query you have.

07 Feb 2019, 14:10There is no such thing as my email was not loaded my information has my house address and why do you guys give clients numbers that you know that you don't pick up. and still I see that u have put up the same telephone number. I have put requested from the bank that they block your company so that your people can call me. I want a a cancellation letter, THATS ALL I an gonna start paying my creditors for myself.
