False promises

They promised to help me with my financial over debts, they said they asked me to stop all the cash loans debit because they will debit one full amount and negotiate with my debtors but at the end of January they debited my account and only to find out that they didn't stop the other debtors to debit and when I tell them that I want to cancel they only tell me now with the cancellation fee of which they didn't tell me about.
