double debits, and non responsiveness to clients

I was contacted by one of their oparators regarding my dedebts. They promised to arrange with creditors to have my payments reduced and not allow them to debits from my account.however,my account was debited twice, both creditors and MSA consultants.I tried calling them several times, but their phones rings unanswered niether do they reply email sent or sms. Instead of the financial freedom they claim to stand for, they left me hwith big debts. Two days after getting paid I do not have money for transport to work. I want to withdraw and have my money back
