Do not trust these people!

An employee accepted (verbally) to use their services. She was, however, misled as to the process they would follow. On discovering exactly what service she had (apparently) been offered, she immediately tried to terminate said service.

MSA consented, saying she needed to visit their offices to sign the paperwork. On arrival in their Cape Town office (as instructed) she was informed that she must go to their Claremont office. On arrival there she was told the office had moved and was given another erroneous address before being told again to go to their city office.

MSAendeavoured to suspend their service pending this paperwork, which has still not happened 2 months later. Promised correspondence has not been sent despite numerous promises. The relevant person is never on hand to deal with any query and constant promises to return calls or send emails or faxes are never kept.
