Dissapointed

I am currently unable to get a job because aparantly I have a debt counsellor with company for which i have no knowledge of it. The debt counsellor I know which is Debt-therapy has been trying to get hold of them but they do not respond. I am really dissapointed because I don't remember entering into an agreement with MSA
