Dishonest Business Conduct

I had a pre agreement quotation with MSA in 2016. I requested the application to be cancelled from your systems with 10 days of my application being submitted. A letter of cancellation was sent to me and I was promised that a clearance cirficate will be sent to me with 5 working days after the agreement has been cancelled fully. Until today the cirtificate was not sent to me and my ITC was not updated as promised. An hour ago I spoke to a lady by the name Babalwa Dipa and she confirmed that the contract was not cancelled as stated on the letter attached that was issued to me after I requested a cancellation to processed. She has confirmed that the contract was suspended and not fully cancelled according to the system. I request that a full cancellation must be performed and a clearance cirtificate to be sent to me asap. My Deteails are : SIMPHIWE WINSTON MASHEGO Contact Cell ********** 222 / ********** 271

Please be advised that the debt counselor does NOT have the power to withdraw a consumer from debt review after a consumer was found to be over-indebted and accepted under debt review. The debt counselor, however, can suspend it's services if a client is non-compliant. Please see below:
Kindly be advised that in accordance with the NCR withdrawal guidelines of 2015, the following is applicable:
1. Consumers can only withdraw or terminate the debt review process prior to declaration of over-indebtedness as per section 86(7) of the Act and issuance of Form 17.2 subject to payment of debt counseling fees as per NCR Debt Counseling Fee Guidelines.
2. If a determination is made and no court order is in place, the consumer will remain under debt review unless a consumer is no longer over indebted and an order or court is obtained to this effect.
3. A debt Counselor will notify the credit providers of the withdrawal by means of Form 17.W and update DHS with status G.
However, we will forward your request to attorneys who will call you shortly should you not have your own.
