Did not ask to be placed under debtreview
<p>My cousin has experienced such terrible service from your company it is disgusting. After two conversations with your consultants she found out she was under debt review. On both these conversation, she never agreed to be placed under debt review however now finds herself listed. I dont know how many people she has contacted to have this resolved. However amongst scrupulous business pratices you also hire *********** staff who cannot follow or assist with requests. She requested for a call recording that proves that she accepted this offering and also requested this to be cancelled more than 3 weeks back. Your cancellation reason states that she I did not cooperate, which I queried, beacuse how does one cooperate if they did not request for something. She spoke to Babalwa today, who peretended to assist however hung up in the process. My cousin needs her name cleared on ITC . For a company that claims to be assisting you sure know how to destroy someone financial record. Are you tossing and turning BECAUSE of your debt.? No im tossing and turning because of your terrible service. REMOVE HER FROM DEBT REVIEW!! SHE DID NOT ASK FOR IT!!</p>

This reponse is truly amazing. I dont know if you read what was written on the complaint. My cousin has dealt with many of your consultants and sent emails, to no avail. How do you than expect her to send another email to get no reposne. Look MSA this needs to be reoslced by yourselves. All you should have asked were the details of my cousin in order to resolve her long list of queries with your company. GET SOMEONE TO CONTACT MY COUSIN AND STOP SENDING REPONSES THAT DO NOT MAKE SENSE AND ARE IRRELEVANT!! You can send me a direct email and I will send you her contact details.
