Why must I wait for 10 working days?
Whereas it's not my fault for them to follow the protocol, I want that confirm/withdrawal letter to be emailed to me and my name to be cleared from ITC, as soon as possible.

I did receive a call from Nuraan on the 22.05.2017,,time was 12:34, she requested the following documemntation: id copy,payslip and proof of residence.
i did sent it to ********** on the 23.05.2017 as per our conversation over the phone,however she didn't answer my questions , why must i sent those documents and how long must I wait for my issue to be resolved, she promised that there's a lawyer that will call me back,,,
I'm still waiting for that call, a week has passed.
90 days has passed already and my matter it's still not resolved.
