Debt review cancellation

Company called me and convinced me they will reduce my installment Asia Lamara is the name of the agent. little did I know what debt review was until i did some research on it. within 48 hours after agreeing to the process i requested to cancel. MSA Consultants have sent inconsistent documents; They first sent form 17-2 accepting that I am over indebted; after they then sent the 17.W form which state that I withdraw from debt review process prior issuance of form 17.2 which it was already issued to FNB. these documents cannot be used to remove me from the debt review. I have sent emails to MSA Consultants till this day no feedback

Since 2015 I have not really been able to clear my name from the debt review process.

I have also logged a formal complaint with the NCR 2015 but never really got help.

i have also contacted the MSAC legal team which is also useless

Debt review is a pain and companies like MSA consultants need to shut down they not doing this consumers any justice. they dont answer land lines; they dont reply to emails i have wrote ten thousand emails already to them.
