debt review cancellation

msa consultant put me under dbt review without my permission,so they ask me to pay cancellation fees and i did paid it last year 2017,after a paid cancellation fees they never call me back to update me about the steps i must i take to clear my name,so please anyone can help me,i called msa at cape town and they said cancellation department will call me since then nothing no calls no email coming from them,i send them emails at ********** and no respond please any one who can help me here my number is ********** 223.
