Debt Review Cancellation

This company (Akhona) called me and I was interested to see what debt review was and I told them I'm still on leave and they must wait for me to go back to work.I went back to work and the Company (Azraa) called me and I asked her to forward me the documents so I can read them. after reading them I told them I'm not interested same day after reading the docs on the 25th of Jan 16. On the 26th of Jan 16 Azraa sent an email to her Cancellation department for them to cancel the whole process as I am not interested.<br> <br> After numerous follow ups with no response from this company I called them and was told I needed to pay for the cancellation. Every time I call I speak to different People that tell me different stories all the time. @ 1 Point I am promised a Cancellation Letter that has already been forwarded to my Credit Card Holders and Now today 11th Feb 16 I am told I need to submit My ID,Payslip and Proof of Residence which is very new to me , and for them to process the Refund. I Spoke to Akhona,Azraa,Tarryn,Varaidzo and a very Rude lady, that I have been asking Azraa for her name but to no avail.<br> <br> This is Traumatising for me, Bad Service is not the right word right now<br>
