Debt review
Hi. Please help me with MSAC, they are delaying to remove my name under debt review. They asked me to pay all my debt, and I did so. Now I've sent them even the paid up letters. Still nothing happens. Please

Kindly be advised that we've got 4 out of 5 paid up letters from your creditors in our possession. We still have to receive the paid up letter of Edgars in order for us to be able to issue you with a clearance certificate. Unfortunately, we cannot request that on your behalf because the account was terminated and removed from the debt review department due to default under debt review. Please request the Paid up letter from Edgars and send it to *** and/or *** so that we can update the system to completed.
Kindly call *** for further assistance.
