DAMAGING COMPANY

I received a call on the 3 November 2016 from MSA Consultants offering me to go through a debt review process with them. I spoke to a lady name Anathi Zulu. We had a verbal conversation, I called them the next day asking bthem to stop whatever they are doing I am not interested in their offer. Unfortunately I could not get through and I have been trying to call this company for days now with no success of speaking to any of them. They sent me documents on whatsapp to sign, I did not sign or send them, instead I told them I am not interested in what they have to offer me. I received a message from one of my creditors telling me that my account will be handled by this company. Can you help me please, these people have damaged my profile and now it has affected everything of mine.

Dear Balisa
Please be advised that your application was rejected because you were NOT found to be over-indebted. A 17.2 rejection notification form was sent to your creditors and the NCR debthelp system(NCR DHS) was UPDATED as such on the 08 November 2016. The credit bureaus should have updated their systems and your status by now because they update their systems from the NCR DHS.
A copy of the 17.2 rejection letter has been sent to you via e-mail to ***.
Please contact *** or e-mail *** for further assistance.
Kind Regards
