court order no signature or stamp

<p>when i cancelled ny debit review with Msac less did i know what a terrible service i will get. From calling and disputing the payments and cancelling. now i have a court order which the creditors refuse to take cause it does not have the stamp or the signature from the National Consumer Tribunal. im battling to get them to provide with the signed document so the creditor can remove the flag on ITC</p>
